I teach the original Pilates Method (known as Authentic/ Classical Pilates), using apparatus built to Joseph Pilates original specifications for best results.

Teaching Hours:
Monday: 9:45am- 8:15am
Tuesday: 9:45am- 7pm
Wednesday: 9:45am- 8:15pm
Thursday: 9:45am- 3:30pm
Friday: 9:45am- 6:30pm
Saturday: Hours vary
Sunday: Closed

Private lessons:
One to One
55 mins (daytime only- earliest slot is 9:45pm & latest slot 4:45pm Monday to Friday. Occasionally extra evening slots are offered when regular group classes are not running & monthly Saturday mornings):

*Add your spouse, close family member or close friend to any 55 minute one to one lesson booking for a £15 upgrade via cash/ bank transfer on the day & share a lesson.

All sessions/ packages have a 12 week expiry from date of purchase & a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.
Getting Started:
I recommend you start with 3 private lessons- your personal introduction to Authentic Pilates. Please browse my Gymcatch schedule below to check there's a slot available that you can make before purchasing a package. Alternatively, you can start in Beginner/ Basic Group Apparatus Classes or Open Level Mat or Barrel Classes. The students who achieve the best results are those who take a mix of Pilates sessions & do their homework- practicing Pilates x3 per week.
If you have certain medical conditions, disc/ spinal injury history, mobility issues or if you are in pain- building a good foundation for you to move safely with confidence is priority- please expect to take private lessons to build a safe Pilates practice before joining group classes.
